These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between you and pk8r. By creating an account or using any service on this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything set out below. Please read them carefully — they contain important information about your rights and obligations as a pk8r member.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one pk8r account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited. Your account is personal and non-transferable — it cannot be shared with or used by another person.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use pk8r. Age verification is required before withdrawal. Accounts found to have been opened by underage individuals are closed immediately and remaining balances are returned net of bonuses.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. Bonus terms — including wagering multiples, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps — are published on the relevant promotion page.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). Documents may include CNIC, proof of address, and payment method confirmation. Verified accounts receive same-day processing for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals in PKR.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated betting systems, and any attempt to exploit software errors are strictly prohibited. pk8r reserves the right to void bets, close accounts, and withhold funds where prohibited activity is detected.
pk8r provides deposit limits, wager limits, session controls, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Players who believe gambling is negatively affecting them are encouraged to use these tools or contact the 24/7 support team immediately.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:
The Platform is strictly for persons who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. pk8r reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any Account found to have been opened by a person below this age limit. Any winnings accrued on such an Account will be forfeited.
Each Player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are identified, pk8r will close all but the first registered Account, and any Bonus Balance or promotional winnings associated with duplicate Accounts will be forfeited. Real-money Balances may be returned at pk8r's discretion following a compliance review.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. pk8r is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by a Player.
pk8r is intended for use by Players located in jurisdictions where accessing online gaming services of this nature is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions are not eligible to register or play. pk8r may use geo-filtering technology to block access from certain locations and may close any Account found to be operated from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any third party to access or use your Account. pk8r support staff will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
You must notify pk8r immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account. pk8r is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Upon receiving notification of suspected unauthorised access, pk8r will take reasonable steps to secure the Account, which may include temporary suspension pending investigation.
pk8r strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA can be activated from your Account security settings and adds a second verification step to every login from an unrecognised device.
All deposits to a pk8r Account are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is ₨200. pk8r accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods may change from time to time and the current list is displayed in the Account cashier.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your Account Balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast) typically reflect within one business day. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations, which may take up to 30 minutes.
pk8r does not charge deposit fees on standard PKR transactions. Fees applied by your bank or payment provider are outside pk8r's control and are your responsibility.
All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Documents required for KYC include a copy of your CNIC (both sides), a recent proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or lease agreement dated within 90 days), and confirmation of the payment method you intend to use for withdrawal. KYC documents must be submitted through the Account verification section and will be reviewed within 48 hours.
Following KYC approval, withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — same business day; HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast — within one business day; SadaPay — same business day; USDT TRC20 — within four hours of approval. pk8r does not charge withdrawal fees on standard PKR transactions.
Minimum withdrawal amount is ₨500. Maximum single withdrawal limits and daily/weekly limits are published in the cashier section of your Account. Players on the standard tier may withdraw up to ₨500,000 per day. Higher-tier players may request limit increases through the support team subject to enhanced due diligence.
Only real-money Balance — after applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied — is eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Balance cannot be directly withdrawn. Where a Player has an active bonus, any withdrawal request may cancel the remaining Bonus Balance at pk8r's discretion unless the wagering requirement has been fully met.
pk8r offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. These Terms & Conditions apply generally; promotion-specific terms govern in the event of conflict on any promotional matter.
General bonus conditions applicable to all pk8r promotions unless stated otherwise:
The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the pk8r platform, including cricket, UFC, football, and any other sport covered in the pk8r sportsbook.
All bets are subject to acceptance by pk8r. pk8r reserves the right to decline, restrict, or void any bet without providing a reason. Bets are confirmed only when a bet reference number is issued and the relevant amount has been deducted from your Account Balance.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to misquoted odds caused by human error or system failure — pk8r reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. pk8r will provide reasonable notice of any such voidance. Players who have placed bets at clearly erroneous odds will not be permitted to retain associated winnings.
For cricket and other sports: if a match is abandoned, suspended, or postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all affected bets will be void and stakes returned. Specific rules apply to rain-affected PSL and international matches — refer to the in-play betting rules section of your Account for full coverage of edge cases.
In-play bets are accepted in real time during live events. pk8r reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time. Any bets accepted after an event has de facto concluded — due to data feed delays or system latency — may be voided at pk8r's discretion. Decisions on in-play bet validity are final.
All casino games available on pk8r — including slots, live dealer tables, and virtual table games — are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Each game uses a certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing mechanisms. All games are independently tested for fairness and carry audited return-to-player (RTP) percentages.
pk8r does not influence game outcomes. The operator is not responsible for the results of any individual game session. Malfunctions of third-party game software will typically be handled in accordance with the game supplier's own rules; where a malfunction affects the outcome of a game, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned.
Game history, including bet amounts, outcomes, and session duration, is stored in your Account history section and available for review after pk8r login. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within 30 days of the relevant session by contacting the support team.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk8r platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:
pk8r reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — circumstances where: a Player is suspected of prohibited conduct; a Player fails to provide required KYC documentation within a reasonable period; a Player is located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction; or regulatory requirements demand the restriction of a particular account.
Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach, pkr8r may withhold the Balance pending a compliance review.
Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Players wishing to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may request permanent self-exclusion, which takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months. All content on the pk8r Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, game content, text, graphics, user interface design, and database structure — is the property of pk8r or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any Platform content. Any unauthorised use of pk8r intellectual property may result in Account closure and legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk8r's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
pk8r is not liable for: loss of profits or revenue; loss of data; indirect or consequential loss; service interruptions caused by third-party providers; technical failures of third-party game software; losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain Account security; or losses arising from a Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful.
Nothing in these Terms limits pk8r's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. The Platform is provided "as is" and pk8r makes no warranty as to its continuous availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.
pk8r collects and processes personal data in connection with Account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and responsible gaming obligations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the pk8r Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated by reference.
By registering for a pk8r Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of your personal data. Requests should be directed to the pk8r support team.
pk8r reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-Account notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change. The current version of the Terms is always available at pk8r.net/terms-conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk8r's operating entity is incorporated, as specified in the platform's licensing documentation. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through the pk8r support team shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory.
Players who wish to raise a formal complaint should first contact pk8r's support team, who will attempt to resolve the matter within 10 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached, Players may escalate to the relevant independent dispute resolution service designated by pk8r's licensing authority.
